2019 Jeep Cherokee Redesign | Toronto, Mississauga
So many reasons to be excited about 2018. Chief among them: we’ll have the redesigned 2019 Jeep Cherokee in our Mississauga, Ontario showroom early in the new year. Serving the GTA, including Brampton and Oakville, we’re excited to show off the Cherokee’s new look. The design changes bring the Cherokee back to an earlier edition in positive ways, while hanging on to what works in the current model.
First, those somewhat controversial split headlights. Revamped for 2019, they’re positioned lower in the bumper and are now fully integrated with the daytime running lights. Taking a page from the more rectangular look on the Compass and Grand Cherokee, you’ll still see the LED running lights in hockey-stick shape. The pointy grille on the current model has been blunted, and extended a bit farther down.
With minor changes to the tail, flanks and interior, the Cherokee looks much like the current model. Probably the biggest alteration is getting that license plate up and away from the bumper up to the hatch. The shape of the taillights hasn't morphed much, though the pure white section is divided up by black lines; the red element reads a bit darker, too. It’s classic Cherokee with a 2019 twist, and we’d be more than happy to book you a test drive at Ontario Chrysler as the new year kicks into action.
