A Mansion AND Luxury Wheels For 30 M

In your wildest house-hunting dreams, did you ever imagine nabbing a mansion that comes fully furnished AND stocked with $30,000,000 worth of luxury cars and motorcycles? If you happen to have a spare $250 M lying around, Los Angeles real estate developer Bruce Makowsky can hook you up. His interest in building luxury homes for billionaires led to the creation of this estate at 924 Bel Air Road in LA, currently reported to be the most expensive listing in the USA. The property is actually called “The Billionaire” on Makowsky’s website, in case mere millionaires were tempted to come knocking. It’s not just the panoramic city views, candy-stocked games room and eclectic art collection that has the real estate world abuzz. It’s the fact that not too many house listings include a full fleet of luxury vehicles.

Included in asking price of the house: 12 cars and 10 motorcycles, along with a non-functional helicopter replica from the 1980s TV show Airwolf. Although it won’t actually fly, the Bell 222 copter is touted as a great place to watch the setting sun, perhaps while sipping some champagne from one of the wine cellars? (There are two.) Keen-eyed auto enthusiasts have studied the virtual video tour of the property and note that the car collection shown features a “Von Krieger” 1936 Mercedes 540 K Special Roadster, a $2 million Pagani Huayra, a Ferrari 488, a Rolls Royce Dawn, a Morgan three-wheeler, a Lamborghini Gallardo, possibly two Rolls Royce convertibles, a Bentley Continental GT convertible, and a Bugatti Veyron. At least one of the motorbikes in the package is a Ducati. And no need to worry about parking: the mansion boasts a massive indoor auto gallery on the ground floor. We’re wondering if prospective buyers plan to take each of these vehicles for a test drive before inking the deal. I mean, who wouldn’t love to be the realtor in charge of THAT part of the buying process?
