Jeep Wrangler Rubicon offers the best Off-Road Drive Around
Looking for a great off-road vehicle? The team at Ontario Chrysler suggest you have a look at the new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Top-level trim for this year's Wrangler Unlimited lineup, the Rubicon is equipped with the best off-road features and has a starting price of less than $35K.
First introduced in the 2007 lineup, Jeep is now producing its third generation of the four-wheel drive compact SUV. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is offered in seven different trims, but the Rubicon offers the best off-roading package including steel bumpers, rock rails, red tow hooks and a heavy-duty transfer case.
Commenting on a drive he did in the Hungry Valley SVRA (the second largest unit of California State Park's Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division), Michael Harley of Autoblog has declared: "The Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon was all but unstoppable. I drove effortlessly through deep, soft sand, climbed steep hills like a mountain goat and danced through sticky mud. Generous approach and departure angles allowed the Jeep to go where other rigs only dream, and the electronic sway bar disconnect system allowed the live axles to articulate at obscene angles1, adding that he preferred the four-door version for its quality ride and more passenger room.
