The interior boasts lots of brown leather and authentic wood trim. The door panels, armrests and dash are all covered with the leather and the wood nicely accents the dash, doors, console and steering wheel. The centre console, instrument panel, seats and door panel inserts feature an alligator skin-embossed surface. After dark, the cabin is bathed in a soothing, luxurious light, making your passengers feel like it’s more of an experience than just a ride home. Although the Ram Heavy Duty pickup is the first to break the 1,000 lb-ft barrier and the first to tow more than 35,000 lbs, it does not sacrifice comfort and handling to do so. Ram Heavy Duty trucks have a standard five-link coil suspension, an optional air suspension on the 2500 and an optional supplemental air bag suspension on the 3500 that offer a better ride than the other guys.
